Options for Working With Mel

Option 1

This option is for the woman who prefers to work out at the gym either because you enjoy the public atmosphere or you like the selection of equipment that’s available to you there.

  • Group support:
    • Strength training exercises twice a week
    • Accountability and support
    • Daily check-ins to keep you on track
  • Individual support:
    • 30 minute virtual coaching sessions each week to make sure you are staying on track with your goals and to troubleshoot anything that’s been threatening to get in your way of progress
    • nutritional accountability, recipe ideas, meal plans, and more
    • weekly weigh-ins

Option 2

This option is for the woman that prefers to workout at home because she either enjoys the solitude, likes being alone during her sweat sessions, or doesn’t want to have the added commute time added to her already packed schedule.

  • Group support:
    • Workout DVDs to follow from home
    • Accountability and support
    • Daily check-ins to keep you on track
  • Individual support:
    • 30 minute virtual coaching sessions every other week to make sure you are staying on track with your goals and to troubleshoot anything that’s been threatening to get in your way of progress
    • nutritional accountability, recipe ideas, meal plans, and more
    • Superfood nutritional supplement
    • weekly weigh-ins

Option 3

This option is for the woman who just needs a push in the right direction. She either hasn’t started a workout/nutrition program and needs guidance to remove blocks from her way before she’s ready to commit to a full program or she’s been working on her fitness/nutrition for a while but has stopped seeing results.
